Can you write text on a PDF?
You can add or insert new text into a PDF using any of the fonts installed on the system. Select Tools > Edit PDF > Add Text . Open a PDF and then choose Tools > Edit PDF > Add text. Drag to define the width of the text block you want to add.
How do you turn a PDF into something you can write on?
Open the file you want to convert in Acrobat.
Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane.
Choose Microsoft Word as your export format.
Click Convert. If your PDF contains scanned text, Acrobat will run text recognition automatically.
Name the Word file and save it in a desired location.
