There's a good site called Aperture for that, and it's very cool. They have a free trial, so you can test it! It's a little slow at the moment, so I think you can try the free trial, but after you get it a little faster you can pay a very small fee, about a dollar, to get a faster version. It'll save you a lot of time and effort, and you'll be able to search for a particular word or phrase in the text, and then see pictures for it, and so on. I'm not a big fan of online image editors.
