What are the best free Online sources to prepare for SBI PO exams? For Prelims as well as Mains.

There can never be a perfect strategy to clear any exam. This is how I managed to clear SBI PO in my first attempt. I have never done separate preparation for Pre and Mains. Initially I just cleared my basic concepts of both Quants and Reasoning from free random youtube videos. Then I relied heavily on mocks. In due course I started planning how to maximize my score. How to maximize score in prelims? In PO level pre-exams, I followed a concept of 25-25-25(atleast 25marks in each section) which equals to overall 75+ score. English- Never prepared anything for it as I always score more than 25marks all the time. For people who are weak in English- Don’t just try to score marks in English instead try to play with English. The best thing about English that it is a language. The more you are comfortable with the language, the more marks you will score. Do not waste time in cramming vocabulary and grammar rules(remember it is not an SSC exam). All you need to do is to establish a familiarity with the language and this can be achieved through continuous reading, building comprehension skills and taking mocks regularly. Quants- Out of total 35questions,25 can be easily doable. (A)10questions(from quadratic equations, number series,simplifications)- Try to complete them in maximum 5minutes. (B)Out of remaining questions, there can be 10/15 questions from DI and 15/10 questions from arithmetic. Here play with your strengths. As I used to complete two DI set of 5questions each within maximum 10minutes. And in remaining 5minutes, atleast 5 arithmetic questions. So, in total by the end of 20minutes I am done with atleast 25questions. Reasoning- Ghosh! This is my weakest section. Generally people are strong in this section. I have seen many people getting 30+ marks. Still 25+ marks is doable. (A)Around 15questions come from miscellaneous section (Syllogism,Inequalities)(15marks in Max 8minutes) (B)Rest questions come from puzzles(In 12minutes-3puzzles can be done(15marks) SBI PO 2020 Prelims score – 66.25 (Cut off 58.5) How to maximize score in PO Mains? In Mains exams, understanding and patience are the key. Unlike prelims which tests your speed, mains is all about selection of right questions and maintaining accuracy. English- Same as prelims.(Focus on RCs) Quants and Reasoning- Practice a lot of DI sets and puzzles.Take time, read and understand what the set is all about. Do not panic. Patience and practice are the key for getting good score in these two sections. General Awareness-Gone are the days when GA used to be the easiest section. SBI PO 2020 GA questions were a nightmare for many aspirants. Sources I followed for GA- Affairscloud Study pdf,Practice mock monthly pdf, Studyiq Best 300questions, and quizzes from various apps. Descriptive- Apart from content, focus on word limit, spellings, grammar. And again-Read a lot. Suggested mocks- Practice Mock,Oliveboard,Testzone For prelims- Take as many mocks as possible. I used to give 2mocks daily before 10days of pre-exam. For mains- I never submitted mocks as many people suggest the same. I take mocks as I am taking the real exam. Sitting for 3hours straight is not an easy task. Anything between 6-10 mocks are good. Tip- I have seen aspirants spending a lot of time for prelims. Friends remember that prelims is just a qualifying exam. Just clearing the cut off is enough. Doesn’t matter if you get 90+ in prelims. And maximize your scores in Mains. All sections in mains are equally important. Generally I have seen people stressing on GA+English but as said GA is not reliable these days. And never underestimate descriptive. SBI PO 2020 Mains score- 114.84 (Cut off-88.93) SBI PO 2020 Interview score- 47/50 Thank you for reading. I hope it helps even a bit.
