In this age, would you prefer reading a pdf document or a hard-copy of a book?

Depends upon the type of book. If it's a book that uses lots of pictures, graphs, charts, etc, then the printed text is essential. If it's a novel or other text that doesn't rely on visual elements, I prefer an ebook (pdf or other format) so I can read it on my tablet. I can carry hundreds of books on one SD card. Can't do that with printed texts!

PDF documents can be cumbersome to edit, especially when you need to change the text or sign a form. However, working with PDFs is made beyond-easy and highly productive with the right tool.

How to Write On PDF with minimal effort on your side:

  1. Add the document you want to edit — choose any convenient way to do so.
  2. Type, replace, or delete text anywhere in your PDF.
  3. Improve your text’s clarity by annotating it: add sticky notes, comments, or text blogs; black out or highlight the text.
  4. Add fillable fields (name, date, signature, formulas, etc.) to collect information or signatures from the receiving parties quickly.

Write on PDF: All You Need to Know

Even if the book supports a hardcover edition, I'd never carry that. The physical dimensions for books are the same as those for movies. I can't find good statistics for the number of books purchased and read (at least on Kindle), but I suspect that there are many more e-books than printed books. I'm looking to make some investments, so I might have to cut back on my current print purchases. Furthermore, I've started looking into the difference in reading time between PDF downloads and printed books. There is no difference in the size of either book, but it's the time reading that really determines the quality of the book. I'm also thinking about which e-books to purchase and how to read them on my tablet instead of using my laptop.  The Kindle is so much more convenient that I'm not interested in buying.
